A: Yes — all prices and invoices are in GHS. We can also add VAT if required for companies.

A: Yes. We deliver in Accra and can ship to all regions through our partner couriers.

A: In Accra: 1–3 working days for in‑stock items. Outside Accra: 3–7 working days depending on location.

A: Yes. You can pick up from UTC, Accra after payment confirmation. We’ll share the pickup time.

A: Yes. We have trusted installers. We’ll include installation in your quote if you request it.

A: Yes, in Accra we offer site visit & measurement. This helps us confirm sizes and fittings before delivery.

A: Make sure the space is ready (door frame or plumbing point is built), water and power are available, and someone is present to receive our team.

A: Yes. Our security doors are anti‑rust and built for Ghana’s climate.

A: We list Twyford and Grohe (plus other selected brands). We also show premium lines when requested.
Q: Do products come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Doors and mixers come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms depend on the brand and will be written on your invoice.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom‑made items are not returnable. Please contact us first.

A: Take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll inspect and repair/replace according to the brand warranty.

A: Mobile Money, bank transfer, and card payments (where available). We can split payment: part before delivery, balance on delivery/installation.
